I was looking for a driver from my address to 34th st in NY for my sons doctor apt. I called and on the was and is one... of the nicest person. Mike had the time all mapped out and the price was fair. We had a great time going down and the car is comfy. He had to wait longer then I thought. When we came out he was right there. The communication before and during was great. There was water waiting for us. He opened doors . My son wanted pizza and we drove till we located one. The ride home was just as smooth. Thank you Mike for the great conversation and insight also laughs. Also for being involved in caring about Luke's outcome of the visit. If I could score you a 100 stars I would.read more

Needed a ride from Newark airport at ONE IN THE MORNING all the way back to Montgomery. Got stuck at baggage and ended... up not being able to leave until one-thirty. Mike was wonderful and patient and reassured me not to stress about being late. Was super helpful and speedy in his responses, clear communication from start to finish. He even had water and candy in the car which was appreciated after 9 hours of traveling from the west coast. After having lots of horror stories of bad travel experiences, I was incredibly impressed with how kind and easy-going Mike was. Car was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would recommend his service to literally anyone on the planet. If I ever need another ride to or from the airport this is the number I will call. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have used Car 24 several times now after disappointing experiences with other car services. Mike at Car24 is the... best! He is professional, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced. Mike is an excellent communicator staying in touch with you prior to pick up, at pick up, and always follows up after the ride. I had a delayed flight from the West Coast arriving late at Newark and Mike was there, unlike the other guys who may or may not be around. Mike is dependable and the only service I will use! I highly recommend Car24!!read more

I needed a ride from the Garrison Institute to JFK airport. I chose Mike at Car24 because of his great reviews. I was... not disappointed. Making the reservation was easy, and Mike’s charges were reasonable. He was right on time, and his auto was comfortable and spotless. Mike's service is above and beyond exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when he was available to take me to Newark... last minute; he arrived extremely promptly, provided me with several status updates on his arrival time, and upon arrival was warm, congenial, and professional. The vehicle is spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, and the offers of water and candy assortment were appreciated. Mike is easy going and happy to chat or enjoy a quiet scenic ride - I felt entirely comfortable doing both on what could have been a very stressful trip.
