Car24 is wonderful! This was our second time using this service and Mike outdid himself once again. Our return flight was delayed 9 hours and Mike kept in communication with us throughout the entire day and even with all of the uncertainty (and the pickup time changing from 1:50 to 11:30 at night) he was early to the airport and incredibly helpful, professional and kind through the entire process. We’ll definitely be Car24 in the future! Thank you again Mike!

Car 24 brought us from Newark Airport (EWR) to Beacon, NY and the experience could not have been better. Scheduling, communications, timeliness, and the ride were all outstanding. The car was in great condition and our driver, Allison, offered us water and snacks and drove beautifully. I highly recommend Car 24!

I needed to get to Newark from north Sullivan County and back with about a week's notice and Mike came through for me. I contacted him late in the evening and he responded immediately. When scheduling, he took care to know my flight details and how much buffer time I was comfortable with. He showed up punctually and preempted everything from sending me his live ETA, knowing how to avoid the airport traffic, and coordinating the best gate to pick me up at. He's incredibly communicative, kind, reliable, and both his vehicle and driving were impeccable. You can tell he genuinely cares and prides himself on how he runs his business. I highly recommend him and he will be my go-to for car transport in the Catskills.
